The basic function of the internal cable pliers is to tension the steel cables. It holds the inner cable and pulls it out of the sheath. The safety lock is activated with a light finger press. The pliers can then be released so that the cable is secured. The lock is automatically released by squeezing the hands together. The additional safety lock allows for easier, faster, and effortless use.
