TR-TUBELESS Ready
Maxxis Tubeless Certified Mountian Bikes UST are characterized by the most recent technology for lighter tires in Tubeless version. This technology offers better resistance to the drilling, it sketches the air better and strengthens a lower weight than the tubeless of previous conception. With the addition of a thin layer of fabric covered with a special rubber compound, a lighter carcass was obtained, more robust and more waterproof in the air.
Double Down (DD)
Doubledown (DD) is our carcass solution for enduro races and the use of e-bikes. Two layers of our light material for the 120 tpi carcass are combined with an insert on the place in the button to create a highly resistant tire with greater feedback on the route compared to a tire with a descent carcass. Doubledown tires are slightly lighter than their downhill counterparts, but it is precisely the difference in the "feeling of trail" that distinguishes them. Some cyclists may prefer the highly dampened guide provided by a tire with descent carcass.
