The Maxxis minion DH tire is one of Maxxis's most aggressive. Designed for the enduro and downhill, the minions work perfectly on dry soils thanks to the double central piece with directional form, to reduce resistance on dry soils. The external part offers the stability and extra seal that serve in the curve at great speeds.

WT - Wide Trail
The WT construction optimizes the tread of the tire and its volume by adapting it to the most modern circles. Traditional covers are designed starting from narrower circles and risk creating an excessively square profile, decreasing performance. WT covers are optimized for 35 mm width rims, and work correctly with 30 and 35 mm rims.TR-TUBELESS Ready
Maxxis Tubeless Certified Mountian Bikes UST are characterized by the most recent technology for lighter tires in Tubeless version. This technology offers better resistance to the drilling, it sketches the air better and strengthens a lower weight than the tubeless of previous conception. With the addition of a thin layer of fabric covered with a special rubber compound, a lighter carcass was obtained, more robust and more waterproof in the air.
Exo+-protation
A new Exo+ construction combines two of the best protective materials against drilling: Silkshield and Exo. The Silkshield layer extends from the heel to the heel with a layer of exo along the sides. Together, these two materials create Exo+ which improves the protection against the drilling of the tread by 27%, the solidity of the hips by 51% and 28% resistance to pizzicures.
3ct Maxxterra
An intermediate compound configuration is used in selected Mountain covers. 3C Maxxterra is softer and offers greater traction than 3C Maxx Speed, is also more wear -resistant and has less rolling resistance.
