An art in itself. Made exclusively at the new Schwalbe plant. The realization differs totally from the manufacture of a normal bicycle tire. For every single "Handmade Tubular" many phases of careful manual processing are needed. Only the most experienced staff are used to assemble the individual components with the most different assembly, gluing and sewing techniques.
